Mönchgut peninsula – two sides, one spot: the open Baltic with chop and swell on the outside, the shallow Having on the inside. Constant wind, fine sand, postcard scenery.

In strong wind (5 Bft+) prefer the inside bay. Kite schools are at the Thiessow car park.
